Full  All areas (Different rates for Houses and Apts.)

Our Full clean is recommended for new customers, and if it has been a while since your home has been cleaned. ( please read checklist below). The full clean package covers for 4 weeks. Anything after 5 weeks will count as new cleaning.( it will take longer because of being a lil more dirtier.)

 

Move Out/In  Various Prices, Different prices for Apts. and Houses

(Vacant Property ONLY) It is very important that home is completely empty for Move Out/In cleans. This includes CUPBOARDS, REFRIGERATORS, OVENS,DRAWERS, as for these obstacles are considered not ready for cleaning, and will not be cleaned. However, we will dispose of items for you, but there will be a $100 disposal fee per item. ( example Refrigerator $100, Cupboards $100, Drawers $100, Ovens $100)

Deep  All Areas ( more for Real Estate Services and one time cleanings)

Our Deep Clean service is designed more for Real Estate Services when needing to get the property Turn-Key Quality, prepping for sales or rentals or if you need your home deep cleaned just one time.(interior only, does not include trash-outs) ( Deep cleanings will have more stronger chemicals used)

We use Meyer and Method brand products and stronger cleaners are used in bathrooms. Fume free products used in ovens
